 On Saturday, August 13 at 9:30 a.m. NINA will prepare a CHAMPAGNE CHICKEN LUNCH ($48). This light and luscious menu includes a salad of Cucumbers’ n’Cream, a main course consisting of Chicken Breast in Champagne Sauce served with some Manchego Potatoes and Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus Bundles, with a dessert of Angel Food Cake with Tropical Fruit Compote. I’m looking forward to eating this one!
