On Saturday, August 20 at 9:30 a.m. JONATHAN will prepare FIVE 30-MINUTE ENTREES ($60). It’s an expensive class, but well worth the money as we learn to make Pasta Puttanesca, Pork Loin with Mustard & Tarragon, Chicken Piccata on top of Linguine, Beef Medallions in an Ancho-Andouille Cream Sauce, and Seared Scallop Salad with Fig/Balsamic Vinaigrette. Lots of expensive ingredients; lots of great recipes; lots of great food!
JONATHAN SACKETT grew up in our store, literally. He was 13 when we opened the store and has loved working retail ever since. Although he works in a different industry on his “day job,” JONATHAN has been teaching cooking classes for years in Indianapolis and St. Louis. Several years ago, he began teaching here and our students have welcomed his classes. On this schedule, he will repeat a class which de has always considered his best.
