 MIKE SACKETT is asked to repeat the same class every summer. He does, and it almost always sells out. The class is SEVEN SUMMER SALADS ($48) and this time it’s on Saturday, August 6, at 9:30 a.m. We’ll talk about how to compose a salad, different components and types of dressings, and we’ll learn to make homemade mayonnaise, Tuna Salad Fosshur, Wonderful Potato Salad, Chicken-Orange-Walnut Salad, Steak and Radish Salad, Oriental Shrimp Salad, Seafood Salad with Avocado, and more. This class is a full three hours or a little more; be warned. No one leaves hungry, and you will love making these salads year after year. I certainly do!
