On Wednesday, February 1 at 6:30 p.m. CINDY will offer an ITALIANESQUE MENU ($48). We start with a Romaine Salad with Apples, Gorgonzola and Walnuts, with a Port Wine Vinaigrette. Our Second course is a Potato Basil Soup, to warm your heart. The entrée is White Fish Florentine, sort of a fish stew, with Spinach, Tomatoes and Onions. We’ll finish with a White Chocolate Pound Cake served with fresh Strawberries, which would be great for a Valentine’s Day dinner.

Cindy Milem has two delightful Italian fish classes on this schedule. Both of these are all-new menus, and both look good to me. For those of you who don’t know Cindy, she worked with us many years ago, then left town, later was the assistant manager of a big kitchenware store in Indy, and now is a sales rep for many of the lines we carry.
