On Wednesday, February 8 at 6:30 p.m. ANNIE offers a new class featuring SOUP and BREAD SUPPERS ($45). This is a menu of 3 soups, each with a “bread” accompaniment, and each pairing would make a wonderful simple supper, with maybe a small salad along side. We will sample a Split Pea Soup with Ham served with Focaccia, some New England Clam Chowder with Home-made Soda Crackers, and a Chicken & Wild Rice Soup from Minnesota served with a Pumpkin Quick Bread. This will really be a filling class!

ANNIE LESLIE, is one of our newer instructors, although she may be a familiar face because she’s been working with other instructors in our classes for several years. ANNIE is a Culinary Institute of America graduate chef whose “day job” is developing MRE’s for our Armed Forces overseas. She is also a mother to new son Patrick.
