On Saturday, February 11 at 9:30 a.m. AIMEE will offer us A CLASSIC FRENCH MENU ($48), We’ll begin with a “Real” French Onion Soup, made from homemade beef stock, with slow caramelized onion, a buttery crouton and Gruyere cheese. Our salad is a Friseé aux Lardons, of Friseé chicory with homemade croutons, crisp chunks of bacon and a Champagne vinaigrette topped with a poached egg. The Roasted Pork Ribs á Languedoc have an herb crust and made with salt-cured ham, served with lentils braised with carrots and garlic, and with Lyonnaise potatoes. Dessert is a simple Tart Tatin, of apples with puff pastry. If you love French, you will not want to miss this class!
