On Saturday, February 13 at 9:30 a.m. bring your valentine and join AIMEE as she makes A MENU FOR MARDI GRAS ($42). This is a much more expected feast of Cajun cooking which begins with Cracker-meal Fried Oysters with a Remoulade Sauce. This is followed by a Green Salad with Artichokes and Pecans, and a Sausage and Chicken Gumbo, all accompanied by lots of crusty French bread. You don’t want to miss this party!

AIMEE BLUME teaches pastry classes at IVY TECH and writes for the Evansville Courier & Press, but what she really enjoys is teaching in our school. A graduate of Western Culinary Institute, she has cooked in several locations around the country, most notably in New Orleans at Susan Spicer’s Bayona restaurant.
