On Tuesday, February 16 at 6:30 p.m. SHELLY teaches her class in very basic bread-baking; GO FOR THE DOUGH! ($42). She makes only two doughs in this class; the first is a basic white bread dough, and you’ll learn a fool-proof method of baking a white bread that you’ll use for years. The second dough is Shelly’s famous Challah (egg-twist bread) dough. We’ll use this to make dinner rolls, hamburger buns, Sticky Buns, and the Guaranteed Best Cinnamon Buns you’ve ever tasted. You will be very unhappy if you don’t take this one.
