 On Thursday, February 16 at 6:30 p.m. we’re offering a class which would be a great gift for Valentine’s Day. A SWEETHEART DINNER FOR TWO ($55 per person) is a compilation of some of the best recipes we did years ago, in Valentine’s Day classes (which we stopped offering 4 or 5 years ago). The evening begins with Oysters Gratineé in Puff Pastry, followed by a Classic Caesar Salad. The entrée is a Duxelle Stuffed Beef Tenderloin with an Herbed Brandy Sauce, accompanied by Steamed New Potatoes and Vegetable Bundles. Our dessert is perfect for lovers, too. It’s a Chocolate Pâté with a Pistachio Cream Sauce. These are recipes you’ll want to have on hand, for future special evenings. Sign up quickly for this one.
