 On Wednesday, February 17 at 6:30 p.m. NINA will present her first class in our school; an HERBALICIOUS CHICKEN DINNER ($42). This is a full menu of flavorful delights beginning with a Small Spring Herb Salad with Vinaigrette. We’ll have Hot Rolls with Herbed Butter Cut-outs, Blackberry-Thyme Chicken Breasts, some Green Beans with Summer Savory, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and Doublemint Tea. For dessert, it’s Vanilla Ice Cream with Lemon Balm Syrup. Come meet Nina, eat well, and have some fun!

NINA McGILL was brought to us by ATHALIN PARMENTER, our dear friend, and one of our original instructors. NINA lives in Montgomery and has been growing and using medicinal and culinary herbs for over 30 years. She grows over 100 varieties of herbs. She is also an avid gardener who grows vegetables year-round. We are pleased to welcome her to our kitchen for two classes.
