 On Tuesday, February 23, at 6:30 p.m. CATHY is back to teach us how-to when DECORATING FONDANT COOKIES ($45). This is a new class in which we’ll learn to color, roll, emboss and press fondant which we’ll then attach to pre-baked sugar cookies. There will be recipes for home-made fondant as well as the sugar cookie recipe.

CATHY WEBB owns a company called CATHY’S DESIGNER COOKIES and sells and ships her cookies all over the world. She also teaches cookie decorating classes all over the mid-west, but started right here at Kitchen Affairs. CATHY loves to teach people how to decorate fresh-baked cookies as she does. On this schedule, she has four different classes; two in decorating cookies and two other “hands-on” classes which will be just as delightful.
Because CATHY’s classes consistently fill up, be prepared to be put onto a waiting list for any of these classes. We will open extra dates if we have sufficient interest and can find a suitable time and date.
