On Thursday, February 23 at 6:30 p.m. NICKI has an all-new dinner class; a JERK CHICKEN ISLAND MENU ($43). Starting off with some Bacon-Wrapped Dates, we’ll also have a Salad of Apples, Toasted Nuts and Goat Cheese on a bed of Mixed Greens with an Apple Cider Vinaigrette. Our main course is Jamaican Jerk Chicken, served with a Rice Pilaf and Black Beans, and for dessert we’ll have an Apple Strudel with Freshly-Made Cinnamon Ice cream. Yummy menu!

NICKI LEATHEM , is a valued member of our staff who teaches for us as well. NICKI studied at Sullivan University’s Culinary and Hospitality program and ran their commercial bakery. She also does a lot of catering. NICKI has three classes this quarter.
