 On Thursday, February 25 at 6:30 p.m. DAVID repeats SIMPLE PASTA ($42). This class features 4 home-made pastas, each with its own sauce, all made in class. We’ll make “plain” egg pasta and turn it into Tortellini Alfredo, a spinach pasta which gets topped with a 5-minute tomato and vegetable sauce, while the tomato pasta is treated to a garlic & clam sauce. The fourth pasta is our dessert; a chocolate pasta served with zabaglione and fresh berries. This class is definitely “hands-on” as everyone cranks out pasta and makes tortellini. You get DAVID’s focaccia recipe, too! This is a fun evening for everyone! The only prerequisite for this class is for you to bring an appetite!
