"Simple Pasta"

DoughOn Thursday, February 25 at 6:30 p.m. DAVID repeats SIMPLE PASTA ($42). This class features 4 home-made pastas, each with its own sauce, all made in class. We’ll make “plain” egg pasta and turn it into Tortellini Alfredo, a spinach pasta which gets topped with a 5-minute tomato and vegetable sauce, while the tomato pasta is treated to a garlic & clam sauce. The fourth pasta is our dessert; a chocolate pasta served with zabaglione and fresh berries. This class is definitely “hands-on” as everyone cranks out pasta and makes tortellini. You get DAVID’s focaccia recipe, too! This is a fun evening for everyone! The only prerequisite for this class is for you to bring an appetite!

DAVID PAMPUCH is the owner of GERONTE'S PIZZA here in Woodland Center and one of our four original instructors at KITCHEN AFFAIRS. Many of the classes he offers, he has taught for 20 years and still attracts more first-time students than any other instructor in our school. This schedule repeats his two most popular classes and offers a new class, at the request of many students, who were looking for real cooking techniques.
