On Sunday, February 26 at 1:30 p.m. SARA will prepare for us a VERY RESERVED BOURBON MENU ($50). We’ll begin with a Bibb Lettuce Salad with Red Onions, Blue Cheese, Oranges and Walnuts with a Bourbon Sorghum Vinaigrette. The main fare is Woodford Chicken a l’Orange, brined in bourbon then roasted with a Spiced Orange Bourbon Glaze and garnished with Caramelized Oranges. It will be served with a Multi-Grain Pilaf and Sautéed Green Beans with Ouita’s Secret Herb Butter. For dessert, we’ll enjoy some Caramel Apple Bread Pudding with Bourbon Praline Sauce. How could you not like this menu? This class will sell out quickly, we’re sure.
