 On Thursday, January 14, beginning at 6:30 p.m. DAVID will repeat his class in how to make PIZZA, FAMILY STYLE ($45). In this class, he’ll prepare three different pizzas; a thin-crust pizza with home-made pizza sauce and pepperoni, then a double-crusted stuffed pizza, and finally a Deep Dish Chicago-style Pizza that is unmatched by any other pizza south of that great city. His Home-made Italian Sausage is the best! And you’ll learn how you can make it at home, easily, for pizza, for pasta sauces and for the grill. This is a great class for couples, and we often see several young people in this class as well. Come hungry, but sign up soon, or you won’t be able to come at all.
