On Saturday, January 16, at 9:30 a.m. SHELLY will be having FUN WITH FILO! ($42). It’s been two years since we offered this class, and that’s too long to wait to learn the techniques of working with store-bought phyllo dough sheets to make an array of appetizers, entrees, side dishes and desserts, including a Spinach Pie, some Meat Pastries, a Filo-Vegetable Ring (that’s fabulous for company; think Easter dinner!), Chicken Breast Packets, Cabbage Strudel and for dessert a Fruit Strudel as good as any bakery’s.
