On Thursday January 19 at 6:30 p.m. NICKI will make some FANCY BREADS FOR SPRING ($42). This class features a Classic Egg Braid Bread with the eggs braided into the bread; an Asiago Roasted Red Pepper Bread, a Honey Wheat Bread, Cinnamon Swirl and Raisin Pecan Bread. There are some great flavors here, and nice bread techniques to learn, too.

NICKI LEATHEM , is a valued member of our staff who teaches for us as well. NICKI studied at Sullivan University’s Culinary and Hospitality program and ran their commercial bakery. She also does a lot of catering. NICKI has three classes this quarter.
