On Thursday, January 21 at 6:30 p.m. NICKI returns with a new menu of HEARTY WINTER SOUPS ($35). You’re going to be crazy about her Old-Fashioned Split Pea with Ham soup, garnished with homemade Garlic Croutons. Her White Bean Chili served with Southwestern Corn Bread is a wintertime must; Her Roasted Beet Soup is garnished with Crème Fraiche and served with a piece of Focaccia. These are all wintertime winners, and healthy hearty meals.
