 On Sunday, January 22 at 2:00 p.m. PEG will return to offer this year’s version of our KIDS VALENTINE’S DAY CLASS ($40). This one will include Sweetheart Chicken, a Strawberry Romaine Salad with Toasted Sugared Almonds and Raspberry Vinaigrette, Molded heart Candies, decorated and packaged for giving, and Heart Shaped Spritz Cookies, too!

Little Guys Learn Kitchen Basics
PEG NEIREITER , is an instructor at Ivy Tech, a former Home Econ¬omics teacher and has taught our young people’s classes for the past 25 years. Our “kids” classes are fully “hands-on.” Our classes for the “big kids” (grades 4 through 8) are limited to 12 students, and our “little guys” classes (grades 1 through 3) are limited to just 8 students. PEG has three classes on this schedule.
