"Cheese-Crusted Lamb Chops"

Creme BruleeOn Wednesday, January 25 at 6:30 p.m. SCOTT’s menu features CHEESE-CRUSTED LAMB CHOPS ($50). Our first course will be a rich Cream of Wild Forest Mushroom Soup. Then we’ll enjoy the Bleu Cheese and Rosemary-Crusted Lamb Chops with Boiled New Potatoes with Butter and Mint, along with some Fresh Cranberry Sauce. Our dessert will be a Pumpkin Crème Brûlée. Sign up soon for this one. We know this will sell out.

SCOTT SCHYMIK, is the chef-owner of Kirby’s Private Dining and Catering in Evansville, and a fine teacher, too. On the last schedule, SCOTT offered a new class which sold out, but had to be cancelled because SCOTT “caught a bug” and couldn’t teach. We’re offering the class again on this schedule, and we’re sure it will sell out again, too.
