On Monday, January 30 at 6:30 p.m. SHELLY repeats the very first class she taught, and it’s one that still sells out every time it’s offered. HOT WOK, & EASY! ($47) is a class in basic stir-fry techniques, and some basic ideas about Chinese foods and methods. In this class, we begin with a Dim Sum or appetizer of Shu Mei (pork dumplings). We’ll then learn basic techniques, not recipes, as SHELLY makes 4 different stir-fry dishes. Our last dish is from Thailand, and we just call it Rosey’s Spicy Chicken. We also have a little fruit for dessert. This is a really good class for young people, or for families look¬ing to make very good and nutritious food inexpensively.
