 On Wednesday, June 29 at 6:30 p.m. NINA will present CHICKEN MARJORAM ($45). A Fabulous Fruit Salad starts us off, followed by Chicken Marjoram with Green Beans & Tomatoes, accompanied by Parsley Rice. Dessert will be Rosemary Thumbprint Cookies, served with Pear Ginger Tea.
NINA’s classes are new, different, and delectable. Soon they will also be sold out. Come give NINA a try before that happens.

NINA McGILL is one of our newer instructors, coming to us from Washington, IN. She is an avid gardener and herbalist, and a very good instructor, too. This is the season when NINA really shines, as fresh herbs and produce come to market (and to table).
