On Monday, March 5 at 6:30 p.m. we’ll get to really taste ANNIE’s talent as she teaches us to prepare a ST. PATRICK’S DAY MENU ($45). I’m excited about this one because I like all these foods. We start out with some Smoked Salmon with Dill Butter on Rye Bread, followed by an Irish Shepherd’s Pie served with Roasted Beet Salad and Irish Soda Bread. For dessert, we’ll enjoy some Guinness Black and White Chocolate Mousse. This one is not to be missed. Sign up very soon, or miss out.

ANNIE LESLIE, is one of our newer instructors, although she may be a familiar face because she’s been working with other instructors in our classes for several years. ANNIE is a Culinary Institute of America graduate chef whose “day job” is developing MRE’s for our Armed Forces overseas. She is also a mother to new son Patrick.
