 On Saturday, March 6 at 9:30 a.m. NINA returns to the kitchen to prepare A LOVELY BRUNCH FOR EASTER ($40). The centerpiece is a Herbed Ham & Potato Casserole, along with a Hot Fruit Compote, some Tomatoes with Basil Mayonnaise, and English Muffins with Cinnamon Spiced Butter. To drink, Spicy Orange Juice, Chai, and Cinnamon Coffee. Did I mention the Lavender Cookies? We are really looking forward to having NINA as a teacher, and we think you will, too.

NINA McGILL was brought to us by ATHALIN PARMENTER, our dear friend, and one of our original instructors. NINA lives in Montgomery and has been growing and using medicinal and culinary herbs for over 30 years. She grows over 100 varieties of herbs. She is also an avid gardener who grows vegetables year-round. We are pleased to welcome her to our kitchen for two classes.
