Spinach DipOn Thursday, March 11 at 6:30 p.m. DAVID will offer a brand-new class in making CRACKERS, SOUPS & DIPS ($35). This is a great class, and a great bargain at this price. We’ll learn to use the processor and the pasta machine to make home-made crackers that are far better, and better for you, than anything you’ll buy at the grocery. We’ll have Norwegian Soda Crackers, Cheddar Cheese Wafers, and Orange-Wheat Crackers. To set these off, we’ll have some Spinach-Artichoke Dip and a Roasted Onion and Sweet Pepper Dip. And what’s a cracker without soup? Does a Roasted Tomato and Basil Soup sound good for the Cheddar Wafers? How about a Beef, Mushroom and Barley Soup, just in case you’re hungry? You won’t be by the end of this class. Great and simple techniques, and you’ll have a lot of fun, too. Come join us.

DAVID PAMPUCH is the owner of GERONTE'S PIZZA here in Woodland Center and one of our four original instructors at KITCHEN AFFAIRS. Many of the classes he offers, he has taught for 20 years and still attracts more first-time students than any other instructor in our school. This schedule repeats his two most popular classes and offers a new class, at the request of many students, who were looking for real cooking techniques.
