 On Tuesday, March 16 at 6:30 p.m. NICKI will do a class in SWEET DOUGHS ‘N’ DANISH ($40). She’ll be working with three different doughs; a Danish pastry dough, a Croissant dough and she’ll make Funnel Cakes. She’ll use the first two doughs to make other pastries and coffee cakes as well. If you like working with doughs and like sweets, this is the class for you.

NICKI LEATHEM is another member of our staff who teaches for us. NICKI studied and worked with students at Sullivan University’s Culinary and Hospitality programs. She also does a lot of catering. A terrific baker, she always knows her stuff.
