On Thursday, March 18 at 6:30 p.m. STEPHEN is back for some COWBOY COOKIN’ ($48). We’ll start this very flavorful menu with Southwestern Tamale Cupcakes. The Pepper-Spiked Salt-Crusted Sirloin Steaks might have come right off the campfire while we work on our Sourdough Cornmeal Biscuits (from a Sourdough starter made right in class). We’ll serve those steaks with our Starry Night Steak Sauce, and some Butter-Stewed Carrots. Don’t forget the beans; Pinto Beans with Chorizo, that is. Gotta have beans with steaks! If there’s room behind the belt, you can tie into some Wild Berry Buckle for dessert. Saddle up, and let’s eat!
