On Sunday, March 18 at 1:30 p.m. CATHY is offering a new class in baking and decorating DREAMY CUPCAKES ($40). This will not be a hands-on class, but we’ll learn to make Chunky Monkey Dark Chocolate Cupcakes with Banana Caramel Buttercream Icing; Strawberry Lemonade Cupcakes with Citrus Buttercream Icing; White Chocolate Cupcakes with Raspberry/Chambord Icing; and Dreamsickle Cupcakes with Orange Slice Buttercream Frosting. We’ll bake’em all, and we’ll eat’em all, I’m sure. Love cupcakes? Take this one!
