 On Tuesday, March 27 at 6:30 p.m. NICKI has another bread class. This one features BREAKFAST ROLLS & BREADS ($42). We’ll learn at least 4 recipes in this class; Hot Cross Buns (for Easter), Classic Croissants, Danish Pastries with various fillings, and Funnel Cakes. If there’s time, there may be more. These are great family fare. You don’t want to miss this class.
NICKI LEATHEM , is a valued member of our staff who teaches for us as well. NICKI studied at Sullivan University’s Culinary and Hospitality program and ran their commercial bakery. She also does a lot of catering. NICKI has three classes this quarter.
