On Wednesday, March 7 at 6:30 p.m. AIMEE will offer an unusual class I’ve dubbed AN EGG AND MORE! ($47). And there is a lot more to this class than just an egg. It’s meant to demonstrate that eggs are a lot more than just breakfast food. We’ll start with Individual Truffle-Cheese Soufflés with Prosciutto. Our entrée is a Mediterranean Quiche in a flaky home-made crust filled with a savory custard with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese, and accompanied by a Marinated Artichoke and Olive Salad over Mixed Greens and Focaccia. We’ll end with a Meyer Lemon Baked Custard served with fresh berries. After this class, simple omelets will never seem the same. Both these classes are new and exciting; sign up for one or both.
