This quarter, STEPHEN has only one class on the schedule, but we know you’ll love it. On Tuesday, May 3 at 6:30 p.m. IT’S ALL ABOUT THE MEATBALLS ($48) is a class for the slightly adventurous. It’s about comfort food with an up-to-date twist, as we make Turkish Chicken Meatball Skewers with Yogurt & Muhammara Sauce, Light Turkey Meatballs with Ancho Chili Soup, Pork Meatball Banh Mi (French-Vietnamese) and a Moroccan Lamb Meatball Tagine with Cilantro Couscous. You’ll learn tips for making meatballs, for storing and a variety of ways to prepare them. This is going to be a lot of fun. Don’t miss out!
STEPHEN LEE, our intrepid friend the HERBMEISTER from Louisville is back on our schedule. We’re very pleased to have STEPHEN back in our kitchen. He’s been very busy, running the food arrangements for the Kentucky State Fair, running auctions (he’s also a registered auctioneer), and at least a dozen other projects.
