 On Sunday, September 25, beginning at 1:30 p.m. AIMEE will prepare an old-fashioned CHUCKWAGON BAR-B-QUE ($48). Our Smoked Beef Brisket will be smoked (using a stove-top) smoker, and finished in the oven. The juices from the brisket will become the basis for our Texas-style Bar-B-Que Sauce to slather over the brisket. Our sides will be a Vinegar Cole Slaw and Ranch-style Pinto Beans with Bacon, accompanied by Dutch oven corn bread with cheese and peppers, and a fresh Apple Crisp for dessert. This is going to be some good eating, for sure!
