JEAN PIERRE AUGÉ is  a “world class chef” who has retired and now teaches classes in only two schools. We are very fortunate to be one of the two. JEAN PIERRE has cooked for Cardinals, Kings, Presidents and Prime Ministers, but never in a restaurant. He is “our secret treasure”, a phenomenal cook and a dear friend.

JEAN PIERRE’s classes have been, for 20+ years, the most expensive classes we offer. Regardless of price, they usually sell out. It is possible that this may be your last opportunity to learn from and enjoy the preparations from this International Chef par Excellence!
