AIMEE BLUME,teaches at IVY TECH (culinary and pastry), writes many food-related and recipe articles for the Evansville Courier & Press, and of course, teaches at Kitchen Affairs. A graduate of Western Culinary Institute she worked in New Orleans and Jackson Hole, WY before coming here, although she was raised here in southern Indiana.
