NICKI LEATHEM is a very valuable member of our store staff and an excellent instructor as well. For those of you who don’t know NICKI, she was formerly on the staff of Sullivan Institute of Hospitality in Louisville, and her specialty is down-home cooking and incredible baking, both yeast breads and desserts.
