SCOTT SCHYMIK, is the chef-owner of Kirby’s Private Dining and Catering in Evansville, really enjoys teaching in our school. His classes are very well organized, and usually run shorter than some others, but the techniques are always very do-able and SCOTT’s food is delectable.
