SHELLEY WISEMAN is our newest Celebrity Chef instructor. A native of New York and graduate of Cornell University, Shelley has resided in Mexico, France, Brazil and England and traveled extensively on food research trips. She taught French cooking in a Mexico City cooking school, and became enamored of Mexican cuisine. She has written two cookbooks, most recently Just Tacos, and spent 12 years as a food editor at Gourmet magazine. A radio host and newspaper writer, as well as contributing to magazines and on-line media, we are truly delighted to welcome SHELLEY to our kitchen.

SHELLEY’s knowledge of international cuisines, her experiences in culinary travel, and her excellent communication skills will all combine to keep you entertained even as her delectable comestables fill your mouth with flavor and your stomach con mucho gusto!
