BEV SHAFFER is our newest instructor. The director of the Mustard Seed Market’s Cooking Schools in Akron and Solon, OH, she is also the author of Brownies To Die For! and the co-author of No Reservations Required.

On Monday, May 19 at 6:30 p.m. Bev will be in our kitchen Calming Chocolate Cravings ($50). Here is an assortment of Bev’s favorite chocolate recipes, including: White Chocolate Mousse with Scoop & Drop Brownies, Colossal Brownies with “In A Hurry” Caramel Sauce, Three Chocolates with Spiced Pecans and Dried Cherries, and even some Many Swirls Brownies. Tell your friends you took the class for health reasons. After all, chocolate is good for you, and so is laughter. Come have some fun and some chocolate with Bev and welcome her to our school.
