LOWRY IGLEHEART KEACH We are pleased to welcome Lowery back to our kitchen. Lowry is an Evansville native and her family is as close to an institution as a family can be and still be human, not to mention that everyone in the family loves good food.

On Wednesday, April 30 at 6:30 p.m. Lowry will offer a new class featuring Four Fantastic Finales ($45). Bananas Foster Bread Pudding with Rum-Raisin Sauce is only the beginning of this decadent dessert debauch where we will also find an Almond Macaroon Galette with fresh Strawberries, and if that’s not berry good enough, we’ll also sample a Berry Cream Cake. The fourth, and final, faultless favor is a Chocolate Fantastic, with layers of mousse, meringue and praline. If this class doesn’t sell out quickly, I’ll eat my—well, never mind, because it will!
