SHELLY & MIKE SACKETT will again offer their sell-out Basic Kitchen Skills Class ($75) on Friday night, June 13 at 6:00 p.m. This strictly Hands-On class is limited to just nine students. We will assist you as you prepare a Tropical Fruit Salad (which is also a great dessert), an Italian Pepper Steak entrée over Steamed Rice, and fresh hot Biscotti for dessert. We’ll discuss kitchen safety, good practices, avoiding cross-contamination and more. We assume you’ve never held a knife or fried an egg, and the goal of the class is to give you the confidence to cook on your own, and the basic skills necessary to do so.
