on a first-come basis and
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION.
To register, stop by in person, or complete the form below
and mail with your payment to:

You may also register by phone.
PLEASE DO NOT GIVE US YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION THROUGH
YOUR COMPUTER.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Novus or your personal
check. Payment by check must be received within seven calendar days or your reservations will be cancelled.
REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS (CANCELLATIONS) MUST BE MADE AT LEAST TEN DAYS PRIOR TO CLASS TIME.
If you are unable to attend, we invite you to send a
substitute in your place. We look forward to having you in
class.

refunds within 10 days of class date.
